- After cap: stop auto-texting. Optional overage $0.35 per extra conversation (Pro also $0.35/voice minute) until **$40**, then hard stop.

There is no Growth tier and no $29 Line-only or Desk-only SKU on the public site.

## How it is supposed to work (when the number is live)

1. Shop misses a call.
2. JE Horizon texts the caller (consent logged; STOP honored; TCPA: people who just called the shop).
3. Intake + hard rules (no fake “tech on the way,” no invented prices).
4. Owner alert. Optional MMS photo caption on Pro.
5. Structured lead lands in the same login. AI drafts quotes; the owner sends.

## What JE Horizon for contractors is not

- Not live SMS today.
- Not a Jobber / Housecall Pro / ServiceTitan / HubSpot native integration.
- Not SOC 2 or HIPAA. Do not send medical records.
- Not Qovaryx (that is the trading app). Not GameMind (retired).
- Not two bills (Line vs Desk).
