Fair. The AI clearly says it is an automated assistant up front - no impersonation. Most customers prefer it to a missed call going to voicemail. If yours don't, we shut it off and just route the lead summary to you. You're the boss.
SMS sounds like a person typing. Voice triage uses speech recognition and text-to-speech on our hosted stack. You'll hear a sample before we go live.
We only respond to inbound calls — never make outbound robocalls. Missed-call text-back goes only to a number that just called the shop; that inbound call is how we obtained the number. Other customer SMS is drafted by us and sent only after you approve. Reply STOP to opt out. SMS is not live until the US number clears carriers. Do not expect a text today.
After the US number is live: typically one business day to set hours, reasons, and routing, then a test call. We will not promise 24-hour go-live while carrier verification is still pending.

No. We give you a forwarding number. Your existing number rings as it always did. If nobody answers in 4 rings, it forwards to JE Horizon. To you, nothing changes. To missed callers, they get the text.
Yes - every call is logged with consent (we say so up front), transcribed, and shows up in your dashboard. You can audit, edit responses for next time, or kill any session.
Pro ($79) adds after-hours voice triage. A high-value lead at 2 AM gets qualified, consent is logged, and you get the summary without waiting until morning.
